Description

I require 250 PR2+ one way links to one of my websites, The page my link is placed on must be PR2 or above.

This website that you are building links for is related to dating and relationships.

Only an experienced link builder who knows how to check that links are good, checks robots.txt, makes sure that the

links are not dynamic, JavaScript, flash links, graphic, nofollow, etc. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience.


Deliverables:
I will require the following info in excel spreadsheet
1. Site Title
2. Link URL (the URL where my link is located)
3 IP address of the site
4. URL Page PR ( must be PR2+ )
5. Anchor Text

I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet my terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links.

Therefore it will be a good idea to send me a report after you acquire the first 10 or so links. That way i can make sure that they are suitable.

The link building speed will be 50 links per week at the most. You must not build them faster than that. Therefore project duration is 5 weeks minimum. You can build them slower if you need to, but not faster.


Requirments:


- One link per domain only
- Links should be themed to society as close as possible.
- Links should come from different C-Class IP's
- Link page should be from English language sites only
- All Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire. You must provide me with a time guarantee that if a link is

removed you will replace it, even after this project has ended. Let me know your link replacement guarantee.
- Links must be in different text combinations (to be provided)
- No links from fake PR pages
- Links must be in text, no graphics.
- Links must not be from article submissions or directories.
- No Flash sites or pages please
- No free websites like Geocities etc
- Links must contain target anchor text (keyword/keyphrase) (to be provided)
- Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
- NO freely hosted sites -geocities, tripod etc.
- No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
- NO FFA, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, guestbooks, porn, religious extremist, frame site, illegal sites, etc.
- Linking page must not have more than 75 existing links per page
- Links must be static and direct using anchor text and title tag
- No "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or similar
- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks
- All links should be free and not paid links.
- All links must be indexable by Googlebot
- Links must be in different text combinations.
- No - rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages, etc.
- All links must be visible and readable. (no hidden links)
- One way non-reciprocal links only.
- Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag
- No links from blogs or forums will be accepted.
- Links cannot be from framed pages
- No JavaScript or redirect script
- Link Page should be navigated directly from the sites homepage
- Links from websites that already link to my site will not be counted
- Quality links are the key. Do not give me spam links.
- No link exchange programs or web rings such as Linkpartners.com, Backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
- Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).
- Staggered deployment of the links is required. Not more than 50 per week.
- The page my link is placed on must be PR2 or above. (NOT JUST THE MAIN SITE)

I have a portfolio of different websites and they all need a dedicated link builder/ team. If you do a good job of this project I will be have constant fulltime work for you.
