Description: Looking for 50 permanent PR2+ one way links to my site.

All links must meet the following requirements:

- At least PR2 page (note that this means the actual PR of the linking page NOT the main page)

- All links must be from home improvement related sites using provided anchor text and site description.

- The link page must be TIGHTLY related to home improvement, home remodeling, home and garden, home decor, DIY, shopping. I will NOT accept links from general category link pages such as "links".

- No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, guestbooks, blogs or articles submission.

- You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com, LinkMachine etc.

- Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted

- One link per IP/domain.

- No more than 70 links per page.

- All links must be static and direct using provided anchor text.

- All links must be indexable by googlebot. no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking and the like

- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable.

- Non-reciprocal links only.

- Links must be from sites in English.

I own multiple sites and am looking for a long term business relation, as there will be more projects in the near future as long as you can provide quality work.

I only accept flat rate for links regardless of PR values. Due to previous bad experience, I will not pay in advance or make escrow payment. But I am willing to pay on completion of every 10 links.
