I will provide 8 URLS to you, I will need 5 links for each. I will have anchor text 1 - 2 keywords per url to rotate.

Must be DO FOLLOW.
No Linkfarms/Exchanges.
Pages must be indexed by Search Engines.
No more than 100 outbound links on each page.
No adult/porno content.
NO FORUMS.
Must be PERMANENT links.

Need final report by August 30 with all confirmed links.
