Description:	I am trying to find a reliable link builder for a website. This job is for 30 PR2 homepage links. Links must be on a sites root / home page, NOT sub pages. Basic guidelines for the project: 1. Links must be from english websites only 2. Links must be permanent and guaranteed by you for six months or you will replace them with equivolent. No paid / rented links either. 3. One link per IP address. 4. Link must be static html that is search engine friendly 5. Links to directories, blogs and guestbooks will not be accepted. This includes automated linking directory scripts on sites too. 6. Linking page should have no more than 30 outbound links on it 7. Only honest ethical work accepted. I reserve the right to reject any link not found suitable or meeting these requirements. No Black-hat techniques allowed, white-hat only 8. Links must be static, with no redirects, string parameters, SSID's, or anything that can hurt the quality of the link 9. Links must manually obtained without the use of spam-like letters 10. Must be text links that target my SEO phrases
