Description: We need 5 permanent links from Pr5 sites for a Sydney Real Estate site and 5 PR5 links for a Sydney SEO Site.

1) All links must be permanent.

2) Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software.
3) Links must contain our target anchor text and link to index page
4) All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.
5) Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted.
6) Payment will be made once we have verified and satisfied with the URLs

There are many other aspects that I will follow which you havent mentioned - to give you permanent PR5 appreciation - eg - the link in related page with the page itself being PR5 and not just the home page; also if its listed in the directory - weather the link credit will be passed on to your domain etc Anyways - let me know if I can start doing the work for you.
