Description

I need 50 PR3+ LINKS from relevant sites about investment, finance, investing in cars. An existing site needs 50 quality, 1-way non-reciprocal text links from English language-based developed websites with PR5+ pages. Anchor texts will be provided by me.

Each link must follow the guidelines below: (I know you already know all these stuff but let's be clear about them)

• PERMANENT, FREE, ONE-WAY, NON-RECIPROCAL, STATIC (no string parameters and session ID's etc)
• FROM DIFFERENT C – CLASS IP
• Submitted manually:
- NO Software submission
- NO Automatic submissions

• Use the anchor text to be supplied and link to the requested URL on our website
• Links must be in text, no graphics
• Search engine friendly:
- NO redirects,
- NO JavaScript
- NO cloaking
- NO frames,
- NO hidden links
- NO USE of unethical or black-hat tactics

• Page where our link will be placed:
- MUST BE updated by Google within the last 30 days
- MUST BE Google PR4+ on the page where the link appears, not just the site's main page.
- MUST BE interlinked with the website homepage
- MUST HAVE no more than 20 outbound links
- NO LINKS FROM Directories,
- NO LINKS FROM Forums
- NO LINKS FROM Guest books
- NO LINKS FROM Classifieds
- NO LINKS FROM Mirror sites
- NO LINKS FROM Article Submissions
- NO LINKS FROM Links Farms
- NO LINKS FROM Links Exchange Programs
- NO LINKS FROM Flash sites/pages
- NO LINKS FROM Black Listed Websites
- NO LINKS FROM Banned by Google websites
- NO LINKS FROM Spam Websites
- NO LINKS within Newsgroups
- NO LINKS FROM Blog Comments
- NO LINKS FROM ONE NETWORK
- NO LINKS schemes
- NO ping sites
- NO LINKS from non-English sites.

- CAN SUBMIT ALL LINKS AT ONCE.
- MUST NOT HAVE redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
- MUST NOT BE excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- MUST NOT HAVE meta tag CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW"

• EVERY LINK MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO PLACEMENT !!! You will need to send us an excel sheet with the exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Google Page Rank and IP address. As soon as we approve the site then you will place the link.

• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT SITES THAT DO NOT MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS AND WILL REQUIRE YOU TO ADD SUITABLE LINKS INSTEAD

• Quality and the relevance of the site is very important, only once satisfied payment will be made.

• Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.


HOW TO DELIVER THIS PROJECT ?
Upon completion of the project I expect a clean, clear excel spreadsheet, with the URLs to all 50 PR5+ Links obtained that follow the above guidelines.

PAYMENT:
After the links start to be indexed in Google and approved, I will start paying for the ones indexed. You will send me a report by email with specific subject with an attached Excel sheet with clickable links in them and anchor text beeing used on those specific sites.

to clarify something, the title says PR4+.

If you can offer me at least 15 PR5+ and 15 PR4+ links in your package I may choose you as the winning bidder.
