Description: I am looking for someone to provide me with targeted text links for a site that already has a PR of 6. This must be one way permanent links with a minimum PR of 6.

1. Links must be search engine friendly.
2. No more than one link on the same IP.
3. No directories, link farms, FFA sites, or search engine banned sites.
4. Must be manually submitted.
5. No blacklisted or spam sites.
6. English speaking sites only.
7. No more than 20 outgoing links per page.
8. Must use provided anchor text.
9. Multiple links from the same class C of IP addresses not acceptable.
10. Links only from static pages (no queries, string parameters or session ID's).
11. You must send a weekly report on links.

Every link will be checked before payment is released.
