Description:	PROJECT GOAL: To obtain 100 permanent backlinks that meet specific criteria. PROJECT SUMMARY: I am already linking to over 150 sites from this location: http://dir.nightfoxjewelry.com/. I need someone to contact the site owners of each of these sites and ask them to link back to http://www.nightfoxjewelry.com/. If at least 100 backlinks from these sites cannot be obtained, then the remaining backlinks still need to be obtained that meet the criteria defined below. PROJECT DETAILS: The project is outlined in steps, in order of priority, below: 1. As a representative of the company Night Fox Jewelry, you will contact (via on-site web form or web-based email interface) each of the site owners listed in this directory: http://dir.nightfoxjewelry.com. When sending emails, you will use an email template that is provided to you, taking care to replace designated elements of the template in order to personalize each email sent. When submitting a web contact form, you will also use a template that is provided to you, but you must also use your best judgment and adapt the communication based on the requirements of the form. Your English must be grammatically correct and posed in a professional and friendly manner. No automated scripts may be used for this process – the work must be manual and highly personalized. 2. Each communication attempt made must be documented in a spreadsheet with the appropriate information recorded (i.e. contact method, date submitted, date response received, successful backlink, etc.). This spreadsheet will also be provided to you. 3. Any follow-up communication (responses to replies) must be done as well. Keep in mind that the goal of the project is to obtain backlinks, not simply to ask for them. Again, all communication must be professional and friendly – remember, you are acting as a representative of the company. 4. If you are unable to obtain the backlinks from the websites provided in the directory, then you must find the remaining ones by searching google for “handmade jewelry” and contacting site owners that show up in the first 200 results, starting from the top-down. If the site owners that you contact require a reciprocal link, you will contact me with the site URL and any details necessary to make a decision. If it is a quality site, I will add them to the directory and then you may proceed to obtain the backlink. Ideally, you will not have to proceed to step 4 if steps 1-3 are successful.
