Description of project: www.financetracker.tv mature domain needs 100 one-way links PR=3-PR5 for site. 85% of links must be UK/English/financial sites.

GUIDELINES:

- Must be one-way (non-reciprocal) link
- Must be permanent links
- Must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache for the link page
- Must be manually submitted
- Link pages must be related to our site (details will be provided)
- Links must be from different IP addresses
- Link page mus have no more than 40 outbound links per page
- Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page
- Links must be indexable by googlebot
- Links must be on a page with PR3 or above (not just the sites home page ranking)
- Must be static links only. Only ethical work will be accepted.

None of the following will be accepted or allowed:
- NO SITES BANNED BY GOOGLE
- NO LINK EXCHANGES
- NO LINK FARMS
- NO LINK DIRECTORIES
- NO FORUMS
- NO BLOGS OR SPAM SITES
- NO AUTOMATED SUBMISSIONS
- NO ADULT/CASINO SITES

DOCUMENTATION:

Before sending the payment I will need to receive the following information for each link:

- I reserve the right to reject any link that I deem unsuitable for the site.
- Link page url where my link is displayed
- Link site name
- Link site type (theme/genre/category)
- Link page PR (PR for the page my link/anchor text is displayed)
- Link site Class-C IP address

Successful candidate will be considered for on going link building campaign and Top 10 keyword listing promotion for keywords.... "secured loan, home owner loan, mortgage, remortgage (and variations)" Note: if you're the right Seo person, I would consider possible revenue sharing.
