Description:	What's needed. 100 targeted text links for our site. Links should be related to ESL (English as a second language) or education. These must be one way permanent links with a minimum PR of 3+. I'll provide the anchor text. 1. Links should be search engine friendly. 2. No more than one link on the same IP. 3. Must be manually submitted. 4. No directories, link farms, FFA sites, or search engine banned sites. 5. We don't accept multiple links from the same class C of IP addresses . 6. No blacklisted or spam sites. 7. English speaking sites only. 8. Links only from static pages (no queries, string parameters or session ID's). 9. You'll provide an excel file containing Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank, IP address, and submitted date.
