Description:	This is a trial project and will be the first of many similar projects. It has been posted for a second time due to a misunderstanding. I would like to work with a professional link builder who can look after all our link building and SEO requirements. We are a professional company that includes SEO and link building for all our website projects. We need someone to build 200 links for a PR1 website, from pages with a PR 4 or better. We will provide 4 different versions of the link text, you must get 50 links with each version. Rules for links: One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges. All links must be permanent No link farms, link directories, or spam sites No sites banned by google Link pages must be on topic or related to our site. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses Links must be on pages with no more than 20 outgoing links Links must contain our target anchor text All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking and the like Links must be on a PAGE with a PR of at least 4, not just a PR4 site No adult or pharmacutical websites These links will need to be approved before payment is made. This process is below: APPROVAL PROCESS (Proposed links MUST be approved first): The successful candidate for the project will need to present a very specific plan of action for the site and show past examples of work with similar requirements. Each proposed link will need to be pre-approved by first submitting: Proposed Link-Page URL (page where actual link will appear), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank, and IP Address. ONCE APPROVED BY US: Once the information is approved by us for each link, you will set up each link as planned. Then, when links are up and running, you update the original spreadsheet by adding the URL for the incoming link and send me the revised spreadsheet. I will pay you once the links are verified. Payment is made via ESCROW. We will not pay if the criteria detailed above are not completely met. Payment MUST be via GAF ONLY. To show good faith we will pay 50% when half the links are completed In your response to the proposal you will need to refer specifically to whether you can adhere to these terms above.
