Description:	I need 100 inbound links from PR3 or higher pages. Link must be on the PR3 page. Links have to be from different class C IP addresses. Links cannot be dynamic. Links cannot have a nofollow on it. Link pages cannot have more than 20 links. Links must be permanent. (WebmasterSEO please do not bid) If you bid please understand that I will need communication. I expect to see proof of links in an excel report showing the URL, description used, the location of the link, and the PR of the page that has the link. If you cannot communicate and give me reports, and try to avoid me then you will be cancelled as an unsuccessful project and I will post it again. The budget is STRICTLY $100 which is $1 per link. Minimum and maximum of 100 links. Links that do not use the guidelines above will not count and you will not be paid for them. You are only paid for links that follow the rules. Any bids that are above the $100 budget will be completely ignored. I have to do this because there are lots of people who would rather post a copy/paste bid and that is how I end up with providers who do not know how to communicate.
