100 +PR1 links required for a Website.

You will need to adopt the following Link Building Policy, We will not pay you in case you do not follow the below policy:-
1. No more than 25 outbound links on the pages where link is placed
2. Anchor text for the links, and they must have that anchor text
3. The page should obviously be indexed by Google and have a page rank
4. Only websites related to the theme considered.
5. One link per domain (different C class Imps)
6. Permanent, HTML crawlable links only (no javascript, no "no follow", no "no index", no
7. robots.txt blockage etc)
8. No search spam, No link farms, link exchanges, forums, web directories, blogs or comment submission, strictly no FFA's, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, porn, violent, or hate-based sites, guestbook’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally, black hat links.
9. No link schemes
10. No bog comments
11. No directories
12. No forums/bulletin boards
13. No bog and ping sites
14. No redirects or cloaking (e.g., 301, 302, meta-refresh, JavaScript redirects)
15. No classified ads
16. No article submission sites
17. No guest books
18. Links should be search engine friendly and must be manually submitted.
19. All links must be indexed by robots and must not be blacklisted by Google/Yahoo.
20. All links must be static, plain, standard "a href"-type links (no cgi redirects, javascript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty). Only ethical work will be accepted.
21. Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.).
22. Links must contain our target anchor text, or keyword variations thereof.
23. All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.
24. Link page must have a recent Google cache; no less then 30 days old.
25. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable.
26. No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks.
27. Staggered deployment of the links to avoid any penalties: Don't place all links at once.
28. All links should be free and not paid links.
29. All links shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines that it is a paid link.
30. All Links have to be on sites, which are NOT penalized or banned by Google.
31. All links will point to one domain.
32. Links from websites that already contain a link to our site will not be counted.
