Description:	We have appx. 7 e-commerce sites and several informational sites. We want to contract a link-building team to deliver a specific number of IBLs per month. Not interested in reciprocal links - links should be one-way or 3-way only. In the past, our link dev teams have failed to live up to expectations for these reasons: 1. Insufficient number of links each month. 2. Not actually looking at the pages (nofollow tags, javascript redirects, etc.) 3. Using the same link partners over and over rather than using a variety of sites. 4. Using link partners on the same IP over and over. We want to find an experienced link dev team to partner with long-term and we will pay per link (based on 1-way or 3-way and PR of linking page) so a successful team can get a lot of business from us. Portfolio and references required. Spam replies will be ignored.
