Description

I require someone to draw up an agreement for myself and the buyer of some Internet properties I am selling. The agreement should only be a couple of pages in length and kept simple to understand for both parties.

I will provide you with all of the information about the sale and what is being sold and all special instructions relating to this agreement. This will be sent to you in plain English through email. You will then clarify some points with me (if needed) and draw up a legal agreement document that both I and the buyer will sign and retain copies of.

The first draft that you create will be sent to both myself and my buyer. If we need to make changes to the document, you will be given instructions as to what needs to be changed.

Please give me your quotes for this type of project including revisions. Also, please provide me with your credentials and if you have one, a sample document that is similar in nature to the one I will require.
