Description: Need an agreement to sign with our software and design providers, some of them are hired in this way via GAF. Agreement must stablish the general framework and must specifiy NDA clauses and full ownership or any copyright transfer of any project providers does for us. This agreement must allow us transfer this rights to third parties, many times we must transfer right to our customers, then we need to have freedom to transfer anything.

If you are able to provide this agreement in Spanish, please include in your bid and let me know in your presentation.
