Description:	I have attached a document that has all the details that I want to have in an independent contractor agreement. I just need someone who can take this information and re-write it to be worded properly for legal purposes. It's important that this is written well because this same contract will be signed with a fairly large number of people. I have attached another completed contract so that you can see the style in which we are doing things. The other thing that's important about this contract is that it needs to be written as a independant contractor agreement. I want to make sure that this contract couldn't be mis-construed to classify the contractors as employees. The other thing is that I'm not sure if this should actually be 1 contract or 2. In the contract there are 2 different positions that have slightly different requirements. Most people that sign the contract will take on both positions but not necessarily, so I'm open to this being 1 or 2 contracts. Please review the attached documents and let me know what it will cost to have this written. I have selected a very small budget but that's just because I don't know what this normally would cost. Please just bid according to what is reasonable. Also, please attach a resume and/examples contracts you've written in the past. If it seems like your company is a good fit, there will probably be quite a bit more business to come. I need 4 other contracts written right now and quite a bit of legal advice for the startup of my new company.
