Description:	I bought a URL about 5 years ago hoping to make some money on it and have continued to renew it ever since but failed to look at until I got a telephone call last march from a Guy who was using my URL. It seems that DomainnamesGB.com sold the URL to me and him at approx the same time, although it is registered to me under whois. I have had a few conversations with this guy and have told him that I'm willing to sell him the URL but he isn't having any of it because he clams it is DomainNamesGB's fault and if anyone has to pay then it SHOULD BE THEM! I'm looking for someone who can A). confirm that I own the URL legally and B). To hopefully negotiate with this guy the sale of the URL to him. Because all the other lawyers i have spoken to don't have a clue about the legality of this type of thing. I would like to pay on a % of the sale fee but if you are unwilling to do this I'm prepared to talk about it. Cheers, Hugh
