I am needing someone to review and make changes (or construct entirely) in a set of Not For Profit Incorporation Paperwork for an athletic team in Missouri. These bylaws MUST be written to ensure IRS approval later for 501c3.

Please, If you do not know what I am even talking about, do not bid. Time is of the essence and I need this done correctly.

Hello ... You actually are raising a number of issues: Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and a 501(c)3 application. In any event, I have a long history of heavy involvement in not for profit work and am well versed in these areas. (Indeed, in the 1980s and 1990s and was the Chairman of the Board of a very large not for profit organization with operations in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Colorado. I do have a law degree which additionally provides me a helpful background. I would be happy to do this project for you immediately. My bid is negotiable depending on what actually needs to be done.
