Description

Need to reply to a Trademark Opposition case with TTAB.
Our mark seems to be quite distinct from the opposing party, we operate in quite distinct fields, doing very distinct things. The case seems to be straight forward, but we would rather use the services of a professional to prepare a response.
Timing for the response is Nov 28th.
I can provide in writing why there cannot be any confusion between the 2 marks. It is a matter of presenting things.
