Description:	The attached article relates to Ineffective Assistance of Counsel. I want it to be simplified into a guide. As the Strickland Standard has two prongs so too do I want the article written. First, briefly but completely state the standard. Next, explain the deficient performance prong and then enumerate a list of the most common ways we show deficient performance. The attached article does this and it matters not to me whether the authority is Florida or not as motions are not memorandums of law. We merely want to open the mind of the reader to as many potential claims as possible. Next, we will develop the prejudice prong (which is always the hardest part).
