Description

I need an attorney / law officer to create business documents customized to my product/website.

Using an online service to automatically create these documents is not an option. It needs to be personally drafted and reviewed by a professional who is located in the US and certified to practice law, and who has experience in creating such business documents.

Experience with the software industry highly desired. The place of my business is CA, I would prefer someone from the same state, but bidders from other states will be considered if they have experience with CA laws.

The project is a Personal Fitness Management Software product. See www.private-coach.com for details. Additional information will be provided upon request.

The documents are:
1) EULA for the computer program
2) Terms of Service for the website (1+2 may be combined into one agreement, if that makes it easier)
3) Privacy Policy for the website on which user content can be up- and downloaded
4) A simple health disclaimer to be used in both the program and on the website. It should include that no claims regarding health issues noticed after using the software and following the training/nutrition advice will not be brought against my company. I have already drafted this disclaimer and can provide it as a sample if so desired.

For all documents together I can pay up to $500.
