Description

We need some legal advise for a website to be established. Looking for a person with whom we are able to have various constructive discussions. Will pay on hourly rate.

Peson MUST have legal profession and should ideally have experience with supporting online ventures in legal questions.

These areas are, but are not limited to:
- questions of copyright
- legal form of entity / location
- trademarks
- licencings / patent handling

We have some quite exciting opportunity and could potentially also discuss 'stock options' for services. As we are a start-up and have a very tight budget, we will not be able to afford the $100++ fees per hour.
