Description: I wrote the basic features of an Consultant contract (software) in English, it should be read and corrected if needed.

It is two pages in word, it includes a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement. If there are additions to do, they should be added. They can be from a standard contract template.

If someone can help me, it would be very appreciated.
