We are a medical marketing company displaying content on flat panel screens, located in doctors’ waiting rooms.

We require a brief disclaimer indemnifying the practice, the practice doctors and any other organisation displaying content on our network.

The content will need to be brief as it will be converted into flash and displayed during the programming.

Greetings, this sounds like a fairly easy project. The legalese would be easy enough, and the flash would be quick and simple, nothing too dramatic. I can't imagine this project would take me more than an hour, two hours at max to deliver.
