Description

Technical Documentation WorkShop - Held in Lebanon for 3 Days -
The activity should be carried by an EU expert who will provide the following:
-a 3 day training course/tutorial on technical documentation standards as well as guidelines (best practices) for software manufacturing companies
-General introduction to documentation standards.
-Technical training course typical topics can be:
a) available standards;
b) internal documentation;
c) user manuals (for software products);
d) documentation of development processes (offshore, outsourcing) and
e) paper vs. electronic documents}

The candidate should provide the attendees with the following:
1. training course curriculum
2. Training course material (presentation slides, background material) that can be re-sued for further training sessions.
3. demonstration of source selected documentation tools
