A newly established, internationally operating fast growing company with headquarter in London (UK) is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer who is admitted to the UK bar and will be Head of Legal Office.

Candidate will be in charge of all company’s legal affairs. In other words, we need a highly motivated professional who can cover actively all legal aspects across all lines of our business.

Most importantly, we are looking for a flexible multi tasking Expert who can deal with partnership/royalty contracts, setting up Non Disclosure Agreements, working out employment contracts, speaking to and collaborating with Legal departments of multi-national corporations or small startups to name a few.

Consequently, this position requires an experienced professional with robust track record, willing to spend at least 10 hours a week working for our company from his virtual office.

Experience/ Qualification required:
• The candidate must be a qualified corporate lawyer who is admitted to the UK bar (show certification).
• Excellent level of commercial and corporate law and also general legal knowledge.
• Candidate must have previous experience in a similar legal role (preferably 5+ years post qualification experience, years depending on other qualifications)
• The ideal candidate has already worked in such an environment, is proactive, with ability to work together with different clients or on different projects
• Excellent written & verbal English, other European languages are desirable

Time required: At least 10 hours a week, working form his/her own office with work station and high speed internet connection.

• Competency in relevant computer systems. (Skype, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in Marketing Law and Case Management a plus

Candidate duties will include:
1. Preparing customer and company’s Contractors agreements/ contracts.
2. One of his/her role focuses on the provision of advice on all legal issues arising in the respect of our company.
3. Ability to give legal support/advice to help develop high quality responses to other tender documents.
4. Ability to prepare, to review, and negotiate international/ global contracts and related procurement/third party vendor contracts where applicable.
5. Covering day to day legal business
