Description: I need a business consultant familiar with Canadian business law and practices to help with structure organization, business plan formation, market research, and accounting, bookkeeping advice and implementation.Basically I need a business consultant who will answer my questions and provide advice backed up by some research, and help with a business plan to secure start-up financing. I have a unique business strategy and will need legal advice on how to implement it.
