I need an Owner Financing contract drawn up for a realestate transaction...

*****Looking to pay around $60 OR LESS!*****

Must be a legitamate contract.... I will give you the information and other details when your bid is accepted.

Sale price $60,000
Interest Rate 5%
Term 14 years

Must be done in a file that I can edit if need be... preferrably microsoft word... I need this ASAP! Must have experience in developing contracts... Will be paid apon completion and review of work.
