Description: I need an Owner Financing contract drawn up for a realestate transaction...

Must be a legitamate contract.... I will give you the information and other details when your bid is accepted.

Must be done in a file that I can edit if need be... preferrably microsoft word... I need this ASAP! Must have experience in developing contracts... Will be paid apon completion and review of work.
