Hi, I need an accountant that will help me with taxes and some other accounting information for my sole member LLC. In a pm please tell me how your services are charged, and when payment for them is due.

You do not need to be licensed in the United States to Prepare Taxes for the public and you do not need a licensed CPA to Prepare your taxes unless you choose to do so. A CPA is licensed only to perform Public Audits not licensed to prepare taxes.
