Description

I have a jpg and the psd as well.

I need the attached converted into a ready joomla template (1.5)

Must be tableless, and you need to have experience building joomla templates and follow joomlas div structure,
It should be able to easily integrated into joomla.

Fastest turnaround gets higher preference in choosing wining bid. your work must be off top quality.

Please show me any sample work of similar skillset, for example xhtml of a psd you converted.
