Description

I need someone to integrate a Virtuemart shopping cart with options to pay via Google Checkout or Paypal onto my Joomla 1.5-based website. The site sells approximately 10 products that will be replaced every few weeks. We'd like to make the payment process as easy as possible using UPS shipping rates.

Furthermore, I will require you to explain to me how to set shipping rates and include special price discounts (for example: buy 2 and receive 10% off)

Ability to speak English extremely well is a must.
