Description

We need a way to insert a user generated csv / tab delimited file into a mysql data base that interacts with Joomla or Zen Cart.

The user will need to be able to seamlessly update the database using their tab delimited / csv file. The csv file double " ends the file from their software and has been problematic.

All code will become GPL, resalable by the creator and my company. All data files are the property of our company's end customer.
