Description: I need a website transferred to Joomla 1.5. The website has a lot of content and users in the standard joomla setting.

Extra is the transfer from the data of gmaps to gmaps pro in joomla 1.5

Basicly I want my website exactly the same with the same content and template setup in Joomla 1.5

Note: a lot of customers place their content frontend on this site, the new site needs to be tested on all internet explorer and firefox browsers to work!.

fases:
I give you a mirror site or a backup file of the current site
I give you an url it needs to be placed on.
when you have finished we put it on the url.

On this url I will test the site for a few weeks to be sure it can function as the live site.

When this is positive, we will transfer to the origional url.

Frankly speaking, any sort of migration involving volumes of well-settled data, profiles, informations and content is a pain in the arse. For $350 I undertake to do it, migrating from 1.x to 1.5, including your gmaps extensions bit. I'll try to sort it in under 5 days. Alternatively, selecte one of the lower bidding 'experts' and heh...good luck.

Quote is for $950 and 21 days. Site migration requires analysis and planning. This type of transfer is high risk and requires trial migration and extensive testing. Good luck with the project. Last simple migration was 4 days of preparation and 20 minutes to upgrade and 3 days testing due to the large volume of data/users.
