My client requires some one to go through the website built and debug the site. They also require a few features to be added. Joomla experts need apply only

The following needs to be done:

1) when a user submits a article it should appear in the correct category. When the articles appears in the intended page is should appear with a thumbnail with some of the content on the side. Giving the user the option to read a summary or expand the story in full.
