Description:	I would like a telebid clone http://www.telebid.com made for my Joomla website http://www.thekoiexchange.co.uk. It must have administrative capabilities where I can add items easily etc... My idea is that I will be adding new koi equipment to the site to allow members to buy credits to place bids. Each bid will cost a fixed amount. An exact copy of telebid would satisfy my requirements. I am prepared to listen to all offers but I don't have a large budget for this.
