Looks like the file /includes/version.php needs to be uploaded again or have it's permission changed. Why don't you try uploading the file /includes/version.php from a fresh download of the verison of Joomla you are using before you pay someone for something that may be simple enough for you to fix if you can edit config file. Chmod version.php to 644 see if that helps. If not let me know and I can fix this pretty quickly for you. Terry Arthur
