Description

We need a programmer who is well versed in joomla to do some changes to our website before it goes live.

Please review both the existing site and the reference material before bidding.

The PDF reference has a lot of the changes marked up so you can see exactly what needs to be done prior to bidding.

Some of the changes are as follows:

1. Large banner (valditech) be moved to the top of the page
and sit under 'breaking news'.

2. New Business Directory logo right of the top banner.

3. Move the advert tiles up under the Google translator and add a banner
management module for these ads.

4. Create a new search box right of the 'Latest News'

5. Add 3 more dummy news article boxes.

6. Add 'This week in pictures' with the RSS feeds below. This
box if possible should site under the advert tiles and above the
promotional video (7) on the right hand side

7. Add PolskaAustralia promotional video under the advert tiles on the right.

8. Reinstate the navigation arrows to the bottom of the page.

9. The downsized 'picasso box' on the top of the page should have the RSS
feeds inserted.

10. Top headline, under weather box, to have the RSS feeds as previous.

11. The current Business Directory in the centre of the page be modified, if
possible, by combining the first 2 columns and inserting the logo in (2)
above. Column 3 to remain as is. The current text display 0 5 10 etc and the
next line to be removed. We can then add our own text as and when required.

12. Insert 3 small boxes, similar to 'travel deals etc'. These can be
located above the 'dummy boxes' and below the 'events' box. These boxes can
be titled Directory, Events and Ranking. The lower 3 smaller boxes,
currently titled 'Travel deals etc' to be titled Community 1, Community 2
and Community 3.

13. Correct issue with the date and time

14. Add the site map to the bottom of the page as per the Rocket Theme demo site.

15. The 3 small boxes titled 'travel deals etc' currently appear on all
pages, please fix.
