Description:	We need to be able to poll our readers for their opinions about a wide range of things. Ideally the polls will be done on a mouseover basis (color marked) linked to a word on a page. The results are posted on another mouseover page, and on a master page for a variety of polls (past and present). Some of the polls will require the ability to add an explanatory sentence (to one screen line) or single word at times. Those additional results will be sometimes public, sometimes not. The age, gender, location (IP mapping?), education and income range of the people need to be included in all the poll infomation gathered (and needs to take into account that more than one person may use that computer.) Make it so they don't have to add the user info each time they do a poll... just the first time. We need codes to include in any webpage for adding a new poll. After which the questions are added (from an admin panel), and the results added up. We have joomla on another directory on the site (but not in the directory of this specific domain).
