Description

I have a PSD file with site design that I need to convert into quality Joomla template with proper css file with comments.

Template must be delivered as ready to install zip archive.

Template must be tested in FireFox, Opera, Safari, IE7 and IE6 and design must look the same in all browsers.

A developer will be selected based on portfolio provided. Please send links to your 5 best coded Joomla templates.

Bids without portfolio links will be ignored.

I will pay 50% in advance and 50% after I get installable Joomla template. No escrows. You will get access to joomla account with the latest Joomla install where you will have to upload template for demo.

If it sounds confusing to you please do not bid.
