Description:	I need to have an administrative interface that enables the user to send alerts and process subscriptions from Textmarks.com. The interface needs to do the following - 1. Have a form to broadcast alerts to textmarks.com 2. Have a form to allow administration and tracking of subscribers 3. Subscriber information should be stored in a databse table for easy administration 4. Should be able to process subscribe and unsubscribe requests from textmarks.com 5. Broadcasts should be stored in database for future reference. I already have code used to process text requests that this should integrate with. I will give you all of my code to build on. The interface must us the textmarks.com API found here - http://www.textmarks.com/dev/ The API is very simple and this project should not take more than a couple of days to complete.
