Description

I have created a website template using HTML and CSS and I am looking for a Joomla expert to create a custom template using these files.

The Joomla template should have 3 regions:
- Menu (menu_div)
- Content (content_div)
- Closer (closer_div)

The source HTML can be found here:
http://www.matthewandkatelin.com/test/template.htm

The template should be Joomla 1.5 compatible

Project will be paid 50% escrow up-front and 50% upon delivery and confirmation of the completed project.

Preferred bidders will be those who can demonstrate their knowledge in working with Joomla templates.
