Description

We need a quote for a real estate website system made with Joomla.
It needs to be SEO friendly, each property page needs to include relevent keywords, for example /luxury_villa_mallorca.php and similar keywords need to appear in the <title></title> meta tag and Description meta tag.
There also needs to be a sitemap generator so the engines can search the site easily.
we need a unique template or we can purchase a template which may need modification.
Pls send us links of any real estate or similar systems you have previously set up.
This system needs to be hacker proof. There also needs to be the possibility to add more languages later.

This is not for a real estate portal, it is just one real estate company selling approx 200/300 properties on an island in spain.
