Hi Everyone,
I need you to suggest a good image gallery for joomla 1.5
It **MUST** have the option for the user to add titles, and an advantage would be if they can add a description. But the client cannot use ftp, so these settings need to be setable from joomla admin somehow.. or, maybe you have a solution for me.
I would like it to be non commercial (free).
The winning bidder will be paid to install / setup this gallery on a joomla site.

Please tell which gallery you will use and why, and how long it will take you to set up on joomla 1.5

Budget is about $10 for this.
