Description

Have an error on my site that I can't fix. The home page is fine but you get blank pages whenever you click on a link.

The Apache logs shows-
(13)Permission denied: /includes/js/ThemeOffice/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable

This is probable easy for someone who knows Joomla.
