Description

I need a custom form for the Joomla component Chrono forms. The form will be a simple 2 part search form that will display information from the built in Joomla contacts. The form must be AJAX powered, I do not want the page to reload on submission, the results must display below the form dynamically. This is an update to an old site, the old search page can be seen here -

The new search form should look exactly like the old one, it just needs to be an AJAX request rather than a typical form submission.

This project has a budget of $50 and must be completed by 9/27/2008. The code MUST be done in Chrono Forms component. Please do not bid if you cannot meet these specifications. Bids that do not meet the guidelines will be ignored.
