We need a module developed for a Joomla site that will allow one article to be displayed on multiple category pages. For example, when an article is created in Joomla it is displayed on that category page AND CAN ALSO BE CHECKED to appear on the home page. We define this a multe-tagging of articles.

But Joomla does not seem to support this for pages OTHER than the home page. (Modules, yes. Articles, no)

Other CMS apps that support this feature are social networking sites like Blogger. Create an article in Blogger and then just add words in the label field. Once the article is published the article appears on pages created for those label words. If you add a new word to the label field then a new page is created. Simple idea really. Not sure why Joomla missed this.

Anyway, we are highly familiar with Joomla customizing, but don't have the time to develop the module ourselves.

Every bid needs to specify the exact process to be used for this feature. Just copying and pasting the article multiple times is not a solution, since these articles will be edited later and we're not going to go in to all the clones to make edits.

If you want, you can define your steps in your PM. No bid will be accepted that just says, "hi, I am willing to work with you..blah blah, will be accepted" We need a specific solution to this problem.

If you have more questions, ask, but I think a developer should be able to look at how the "checked" for the home page article feature works and create an acceptable clone of this function.
