Description

I need a Joomla template created from a PNG with all the layers. This needs to be done today.
Also do not bid if you cannot complete today. This is a very simple layout and should not take much time for a experienced joomla template person.

You will need to do the following:
Create template
Build CSS to match the PNG Layout
Create Menu Style to match PNG Layout

In your reply use the word (Lets-Start 123) if not you will be ignored

PNG is to large to upload here and I will send to winner in email.
