Description

I need a custom Joomla template created and integrated for a website of under 10 pages. The template should be fully tableless, XHTML and CSS compliant and should have the necessary module positions in place. The template is to be created from the PSD file I supply. Please only bid if you have experience of creating custom Joomla templates and if you have related samples you can show. I need someone who can start immediately. Thank you.
