Description:	We need a Joomla developer to complete a project. The content has been migrated and is in the Joomla CMS, however, the template skin still needs work and the articles still need to appear on the page correctly. You can see the site on our test server at: http://www.rivercruiseguides.com/ Specifically, we are looking for someone who is a Joomla expert, is willing to work promptly to complete this project, can communicate daily and will respond to our requests for updates. The banner area at the top of the home page needs to display more than one ad, 15 in fact, so you will need to know how to manipulate the banner area to accomplish this. Also, each page of the site will have different banners so make sure you understand how the banner ads work in Joomla. Also, you will need to show us how to mulit-tag content so articles can appear on more than one page of the site. Finally, we will not put money in escrow for this project. We've done this twice with this project and in both cases the work was begun but never completed so I can only assume that money in escrow means the project dies a slow death.
